Thank you so much Jack! I was on a road trip from Fresno to Big Bear when a Red flashing warning light came on my dashboard. I exited the freeway and googled the problem. My car was overheating. I looked up the closet shop. I told Jack what I was going through. He was so nice. He found the problem promptly and gave me very affordable options. He was super honest and flexible. As a woman I'm always scared of getting upcharged with a new mechanic, but I didn't experience that with Jack. Thanks again Jack! If I lived in the area, you'd definitely be my go to! 🫶

Jack and his son Troy have helped me with everything—alignment, catalytic converter, brakes, and oil changes. They’re reasonably priced and always spot-on with their estimates for both cost and time. Really great place, super reliable, and now my go-to for anything my car needs!

I lived in Pasadena for ten years, and J&G Auto was recommended. I have a deep distrust of mechanics, but the guys at J&G are the most honest mechanics I have ever met. They took terrific care of my 1998 Toyota Landcruiser, which had 350,000 miles. Jack, the owner, is a wonderful person, and all the staff are top-notch. Good mechanics are so damn hard to find so do yourself a favor and head over to J&G.

Hello reader, I want to first off thank the wonderful service provided by the professional staff working here. They really made my situation much easier on me because it could have made me use vacation time in order to get this worked out. The situation was this, it was raining and I drove through this puddle of water. I heard a loud noise and found myself seeing some light symbols of brake and other symbols pop up. I couldn't steer so, I drove back home. Thankfully nobody was out at 4am. Later on that day I had my vehicle towed to this amazing shop where they diagnosed my vehicle had broken its pulley. I knew this to be true since I've heard sounds from the area of the damaged part and they informed me of the damage and cost, which was very reasonable for the repair. They were able to repair my vehicle within the end of the day and I am very pleased with the work they completed on my vehicle. I will surely come back to this location for my other repairs. In conclusion, If your down in a pickle in the Pasadena area and looking for great service with wonderful people who will do what they are best at. Really nice shop, did a great and quick job aligning our tires and also a tire pressure sensor repair. Friendly owners and employees, very clean.
